| fantastic food Head chef Paul O'Neill has recently joined The Ostrichand prides himself on producing really good food.
Having worked for a range of great pubs and restaurants, this is Paul's first Head Chef's position and he is looking forward to bringing his own ideas and creations to The Ostrich. Check out his great 'Fish of the Day' on the specials board which includes dishes such as Whole Grilled Lemon Sole with Chorizo Butter!
Paul recognises however that the lunchtime dining clientele in particular has a limited amount of time to eat, which is why he has developed a wide variety of dishes to suit a range of tastes.
What is different about The Ostrich is you can opt for just one
course or choose a two or three course treat. A specials board changes
daily, reflecting fresh seasonal trends.
On Sundays we offer a traditional Roast lunch with a choice of Roasts and, The Ostrich Roast - a trio of all three roasts of the day for only £12.50 with all the trimmings! We also serve a range of other dishes taken from a selection off our main menu- check out the sample menu by clicking here.
